Words to make a picture

I left this contract that I was at for 1.5 years and had a guy working that was quite the character. He was about 60 years old and he self proclaimed hippie and current nudist. He grew his nails out very long and his fingers had aged into curves to give him the appearance of curved claws insteads of hands. He was a strange bird and some of the inappropriate things he would say at work floored me and others.
Here are all the ones I thought to write down. Mind you his voice was loud and carried far and he was generally yelling these to someone over the phone.

"I am certain it will be something very testicle"
"Pick the hill you want to die on. This isnt the one"
"I'd like to help you out, which way did you come in?"
" there's where the rub comes in"
"if you scratch the wee-wee too many times in the same spot ... "
"whats a mother to do?"
" unilateral action is not recommended"
" i am going to smack that wee-wee"
"we will finger it out"

What an amazing christmas eve. Cant believe how clear the sky is. The gorgeous clouds and you can really see the mountains.

Needs a cream sauce

So I bought Julie and Julia and watched it again. I saw it in the theater and loved it so much. I had to run out and cook and get groceries and thats why I had to get the Foreman grill. This meal turned out wonderful. Its puff pastry filled with shittake mushrooms, button mushrooms garlic green onions fresh thyme, rosemary and sage with lots of butter. I mixed in walnuts and golden raisins. Yum! I then grilled the sausage. This really could have used a light cream sauce over the whole thing to make it magnificent. It was still really quite good.

I have always been a huge fan of the Foreman Grill. How the hell this guy got involved I dont know but I love them. Just bought a new one to replace the one that was many years old. I bought the 20 dollar one and now sorta regret it. Should have got the 50 dollar one but its still a grill and I needed it bad and its new :)

Merry Christmas

Im sad I didnt get a tree so I had to run out and get lights. I felt a little better, not much though.

Chihauhau in auburn

I have been to this place a few times and the food is pretty good for mexican. Lots of variety and choices on the menu but last night I saw a picture of a huge hunk of meet on the menu called Pork Shank. I can haz? Yes I can. This was amazing. Simply put it was some of the best pork I have ever had in my life and thats saying something. They served it with a homemade chili sauce which was a perfect compliment to the meat. I couldnt have been more pleased and full.

Elliott Bay Bookstore in Pioneer Square

I cant believe I have never been to this place. It was amazing. So quaint and cute. Apparently it was the model for the "coffee shop" in Frasier. I can see why. I brought a Jack Kerouac book to read there that day which seemed wonderfully fitting. I shall have to go back sometime for lunch as the menu was wonderful as the aromatics of french onion soup wafted thru the establishment.

Boat in the mist

Its a wonderfully misty rainy day. Looking out you can see the cargo container heading out to the Sound. Its all so romantic to me. I imagine that its the 1800's again and that boat is the first boat to come to West Seattle.

Orange tree

You dont see a lot of orange leafy trees around. I was standing here for the bus and saw this and decided I had to have this pic. I have the red trees and we are surrounded by green but an actual orange leaf tree is pretty rare.

I looked out and saw my favorite sight. The constant full, billowy grey clouds :)

Looked out my window and saw this site. It was breath taking. I jumped up and ran to take a pic.

Love seeing the leaves

Its strange when I first moved here didnt really see or live in areas that had trees with leaves. This scene of leaves reminds me of Atlanta. Damn near every tree has leaves and the colors in Fall are insane.

View from the bus. Its a hard pic to take. Dont know how people can take such amazing pics from moving vehicles and such. Must be the equipment.

I dont remember why I took this

I felt compelled to take it for some reason. I think I wanted the full cloud cover on top with the sun below look.

Fallen little leaves

I love walking along the sidewalk on california ave and seeing all the trees with their multi colored leaves scattered across the sidewalk. Soon it will be a naked desolate road in the winter but its so pretty in the fall.

For years Palmer would look over me and always be either at my desk or on the bed looking over me. He doesnt need to do that anymore and now has time to himself to enjoy the sights out the window.

In triplicate

This picture doesnt do the sight justice. The hills appear in triplicate with layers of shaded colors. Its quite amazing really.

The shadowy hills

You can see the hills in the distance all shadowy with the low clouds filtering them. At night the low clouds and the orange sun make them appear in triplicate.

Mike at work was constantly amazed at the brightness of the red trees at our work in Renton. I am so used to such things I forgot lots of places in the country are barren and colorless.

The sky is so beautiful out. That weird white streak where the clouds and the night all converge. The picture hardly does it justice.

Back seat of the train

I dont know why more people arent fighting over this seat on the train. Its the only seat you can sit in at the back of the train and look out the window. Its so cute :) I had no idea it even existed for a long time till I saw some dude sitting there once and the whole train was so packed I had to sit there. Now I look for it almost everyday.

Stonehenge in Renton

Always cracks me up seeing this Stonehenge in Renton. Its actually in front of where I work so I see it a lot. Its pretty impressive up close. Boeing used to be in these buildings and I assume they had it built.

Representative

This picture feels like a representative picture of west seattle. The businesses all mingled in with the residences. The sky over the water all gray and partly stormy looking. The site of the mountains and water.
